Refund policy

 

Exchanges may be made for products purchased online and in-stores. All accessories and bags are not eligible for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items offered on promotional prices are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

When returning an item, please use a trackable courier to ensure that the package can be traced. We will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit and not received by us. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.


Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that any fees associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees, will be borne by the customer. We kindly ask that you carefully review your purchase before finalizing it to avoid any unnecessary fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We do not provide cash refunds for any orders returned and delivery fees associated, will not be refunded. Items returned will be reimbursed in the form of store credits. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.

Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
