What are the payment methods available for online purchases?

When you purchase online, you may choose to pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

Please note that your purchase may be subject to your local custom duties and/or taxes.

What are the delivery options available?

For all online purchases, you may choose either delivery via speedpost or to pick up in-stores at:

I've entered the wrong delivery address. What do I do?

Kindly check your delivery address and ensure that it is correct before proceeding with your purchase.

However, please contact us at contact@aparogolf.com immediately if this happens and we will do our best to help you! Please note that there may be additional charges for items that require redelivery if they have been despatched, rejected and returned to our warehouse.

How long would my order take to reach me?

Items typically take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep (Singapore). For in-store pick-ups, you may pick up your purchases by the next day.

For all international orders, a longer delivery time may be required for your purchase to reach your doorstep.

Please note that there may be delays during peak periods such as holidays.

What are the local delivery charges?

A local courier charge of $5 would apply if you have opted to receive your item(s) via delivery.

Free shipping is automatically applied for all orders above $150 (Singapore)

For all international orders, delivery charges will be calculated upon checkout.

Are the items I purchased eligible for a return or exchange?

1. Please note that items offered on promotional prices are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Products purchased online and in-stores may only be exchanged.

3. All accessories and bags are not eligible to be exchanged. 

4. All exchanges must be made within 14 days with a valid receipt from your purchase.

How do I make an exchange for online purchases?

Please email us at contact@aparogolf.com if you require any assistance with your purchase. Please do not send your items back to us if you have not received a confirmation email for your exchange.

All items to be exchanged must be in its original condition as you have received; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag still intact. Aparo Golf reserves the right to reject any items if they do not meet the conditions listed as well as to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

When returning an item, please use a trackable courier to ensure that the package can be traced. We will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit and not received by us. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.

Store credits will be issued once we have received and verified the returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that any fees associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees, will be borne by the customer. We kindly ask that you carefully review your purchase before finalising it to avoid any unnecessary fees. Thank you for your understanding.

I have received a defective item. What do I do?

We are so sorry that you had received a defective item. Please allow us to make it right and contact us directly via email at contact@aparogolf.com within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

- Order reference number

- Pictures of the product and defect

We will get back to you as soon as we can to assist you with an exchange. Should the piece be out of stock, a refund in store credit will be issued to you within 5 business days.

Please note that defective items do not constitute the following:

1. Loose threads 

2. Slight stains on the inside which are not visible when worn

3. Minor deviations in measurements

Where can I find the sizing chart for your products?

To find the right size chart for our products, simply click on the "sizing chart" tab located on the product page.

Sizing charts may differ for different products, so be sure to check them directly on the product page of the item you would like to purchase.

Please kindly understand that as all products are measured by hand, there may be a minor deviation between the size chart and the actual product.

Acceptable tolerances for product images

We try our best to present our products and their colours accurately by taking extra care in our photography. However, as screen settings may vary between different devices, the image may deviate slightly from the actual product. Please visit our stores if you would like to view and try our products on before buying.
