All items to be exchanged must be in its original condition as you have received; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag still intact. Aparo Golf reserves the right to reject any items if they do not meet the conditions listed as well as to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
When returning an item, please use a trackable courier to ensure that the package can be traced. We will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit and not received by us. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.
Store credits will be issued once we have received and verified the returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that any fees associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees, will be borne by the customer. We kindly ask that you carefully review your purchase before finalising it to avoid any unnecessary fees. Thank you for your understanding.
