For all online purchases, you may choose either delivery via speedpost or to pick up in-stores at:

However, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if this happens and we will do our best to help you! Please note that there may be additional charges for items that require redelivery if they have been despatched, rejected and returned to our warehouse.
Items typically take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. For in-store pick-ups, you may pick your purchase up by the next day.
Please note that there may be delays during peak periods such as holidays.

A local courier charge of $5 would apply if you have opted to receive your item(s) via delivery. We offer free shipping as well for all orders above $150!
1. Please note that items offered on promotional prices are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
2. Returns and exchanges may be made for products purchased online.
3. All accessories and bags are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. In-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange.
5. All exchanges must be made within 14 days with a valid receipt from your purchase.

After confirmation, you will be required to mail the items back to us at the following address with a valid receipt from your purchase.
You may also choose to make make the return in-stores by bringing along the item(s) and the original receipt.

You are encouraged to use a courier with a trackable shipping option should you wish to mail the item(s) back to us. We will not be liable for any missing or damaged items during the shipping process. Please also note that you will have to proceed with returning the item(s) at your own expense.
All exchanges must be made in-stores at our outlet in Marina Square Singapore.
All items returned/exchanged must be in its original condition as you have received, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag still intact. Aparo Golf reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet the conditions listed as well as to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
We are so sorry that you had received a defective item. Please allow us to make it right and contact us directly via email at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order reference number
- Pictures of the product and defect
We will get back to you as soon as we can to assist you with an exchange. Should the piece be out of stock, a refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.
Please note that defective items do not constitute the following:
1. Loose threads
2. Slight stains on the inside which are not visible when worn
3. Minor deviations in measurements
Upon confirmation of your return (3-5 business days from receipt), you will be issued store credits within 5 business days equivalent to the value of your returned item(s) and these store credits may only be redeemed in-stores. We do not provide cash refunds for any orders returned and delivery fees associated, will not be refunded. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.
