    All items to be exchanged must be in its original condition as you have received; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag still intact.     • I have received a defective item. What do I do?
    We are so sorry that you had received a defective item. Please allow us to make it right and contact us directly via email at contact@aparogolf.com within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
    1. Order reference number
    2. Pictures of the product and defect
    We will get back to you as soon as we can to assist you with an exchange. Should the piece be out of stock, a refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.
    Please note that defective items do not constitute the following:
    1. Loose threads
    2. Slight stains on the inside which are not visible when worn
    3. Minor deviations in measurements
